Purchase Orders

BSL 4 Kids is happy to accept Purchasing orders from Schools, Nurseries; County Councils, Social Services; Charities and other approved organisations. We accept official purchase orders by email.

A minimum order of £25.00 is required to process a purchasing order  

If you need to place your order and require an invoice for payment, we can offer you 30 day terms upon agreement, we will dispatch your order and invoice you for payment, all invoices are sent directly to the invoice address and a standard delivery note will be supplied with the goods.

We will need the following from you in order to process your order:

    •     A hard-copy of you official purchase order.
    •     Your order should show a purchase order number.
    •     A contact name and address for delivery and accounts.
    •     Contact email address to confirm the order and dispatch.

Delivery Charges

You will be charged a standard rate of £2.75 for delivery of all items purchased

Our aim is to dispatch your order within three working days, either by Royal Mail or UK courier

Orders over £50 are dispatched with a courier ( Monday - Friday delivery only) and will require a signature on delivery.
